(turns out they had forgotten about us and our little call 2 weeks ago prompted them to actually pass the amendments onto the design team – whoops). The email came through, so excited, open the plans….. wrong! Only one of the discussed changes had been made even though we had received the price variation on the changes 4 weeks earlier. Cue immediate email requesting the changes.
That night, we checked over the plans and had a few other changes
which we had been discussing (relocating home theatre door, extending stacker
door etc). We also got out the tape measure and double checked the measurements
of the rooms against our current house. We even measured the linen and walk in
robes and of course, the bathroom which seems massive in comparison to our
current one. Extra changes have been sent onto the builder to add to the final
plan And now we wait…. *cue dramatic music*
