I personally love floorboards however there are quite a few cons (maintenance, cleaning, cost) but I think the pros outweigh tiles…. (don’t date, classic, hold their value, match most furniture). I have yet to see a tiled house that I absolutely love. Either way, I'm still remaining neutral until we get some quotes. We were lucky enough to get all tiling included in the house at not extra cost as a sign up bonus however we will receive a credit should we decide we want to go with floorboards.
